Open the service by selecting it from your mobile phone application or games menu.
On the first screen select 'Start', you will then be asked to enter your passcode.
Additional Information
When you first use the service it will run a one-off routine to set-up a secure connection. This will take 60 seconds and produces a unique code which will be used to ensure all future connections are completely secure.
After completing the one-off security routine your mobile phone will connect to the service (this may take a couple of seconds).
If your mobile phone fails to complete the security routine successfully then you will need to delete the service from your mobile phone and download it again (see the Mobile Phone Help).

Select 'OK, don't show this again' or 'OK'.

You must have previously registered a phone before you can view / change its details.
Then select the phone from the Top-Up Options menu - see opposite.

Select 'Edit Phone' from the menu.
You will then be able to change the phone number, mobile network, and/or the phone nickname.
The current phone number for this mobile phone will be displayed.
You can change the phone number or just select OK to keep the number the same and move onto selecting the network.
You must now select the network for this phone.
The current nickname for this mobile phone will be displayed.
You can change the nickname or just select OK to keep the nickname the same.
The nickname is the name that you will use when referring to this phone in the future, such as 'my phone', 'John's phone', etc..
The nickname can be up to 15 characters long and you cannot have two phones with the same nickname.
You must now confirm that all of the mobile phone details are correct.
If you have made a mistake then select Cancel and no changes will be made to this mobile phone.
