Add a phone
Open the service by selecting it from your mobile phone application or games menu.
On the first screen select 'Start', you will then be asked to enter your passcode.
Additional Information
When you first use the service it will run a one-off routine to set-up a secure connection. This will take 60 seconds and produces a unique code which will be used to ensure all future connections are completely secure.
After completing the one-off security routine your mobile phone will connect to the service (this may take a couple of seconds).
If your mobile phone fails to complete the security routine successfully then you will need to delete the service from your mobile phone and download it again (see the Mobile Phone Help).

You can add a mobile phone for Top-Up by either:
Select a card

You will now be asked to enter the phone number for the pre-pay phone that you wish to Top-Up
Once the phone has been added you can top it up at any time by selecting it from the Top-Up menu.
Select the mobile network operator of the phone that you are adding to the service.
It is very important that you select the right mobile network operator to ensure that your Top-Ups work properly.
(Note: if you are adding a friend's or family member's phone then this is not necessarily the same as your mobile network)
Additional Information
For security reasons you can only have five phones added at any one time.
You will now be asked to enter a nickname for the phone that you are adding.
This is the name that you will use when referring to this phone in the future, such as 'my phone', 'John's phone', etc..
The nickname can be up to 15 characters long and you cannot have two phones with the same nickname.
You must now confirm that all of the mobile phone details are correct.
If you have made a mistake then select Cancel and then select Add Phone to start the process again.
